KNOCK OUT! is a second-year women's ultimate team in San Diego. We finished 3rd in the SW region in the 2010 USAU club series. Our goal is to be a highly competitive, unified women's club team striving for excellence through positive mutual support, individual growth, a strong work ethic, dynamic play, communication, and trust.
