*NEW* Tonya Blanks workouts

Here we go!

1 mile run (not jog, actually run)
then 5 rounds of
-15 pushups
-5 burpees
-15 situps
Then another...
1 mile run (not jog, actually run)

REMEMBER NO BREAKS, go straight through until complete. If you're moving at a good pace you should be done in just under half hour!
