KNOCK OUT! is a second-year women's ultimate team in San Diego. We finished 3rd in the SW region in the 2010 USAU club series. Our goal is to be a highly competitive, unified women's club team striving for excellence through positive mutual support, individual growth, a strong work ethic, dynamic play, communication, and trust.

Saturday's Try Out
Yesterdays tryout was so awesome! Thank you everyone who came out to play, i hope that you had as much fun as I did. Hope to see you all next Saturday along with some new faces! KO Crew Member #19
Yeah! Thanks to all 33 players who came out last Saturday! We're stoked to see so many women players out on the field! Hopefully, everyone can make it out again this Saturday! Same place, same time! :-)
